We operate our own comprehensive conflicts-check system and maintain strict ethical walls, giving you confidence there will be no disqualifying client or matter conflicts. Paralegal (Litigation)

These services include, but are not limited to:

Drafting, revising, and e-filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery demands, and responses.
Managing court calendars, deadlines and e-docket systems (includes: NYSCEF, PACER, plus other state (including FL, CA, and TX) and federal systems).
Coordinating service of process and tracking proofs of service.
Preparing deposition and trial exhibit binders, witness lists and hearing binders.
Summarizing transcripts, organizing documentary evidence, flagging key issues for counsel.
Assisting with e-discovery workflows; vendor coordination, document coding, privilege logs.

Paralegal (Corporate)

These services include, but are not limited to:

Entity formation, amendments, dissolutions and filings with the Secretary of State.
Drafting, organizing, and maintaining minute books and corporate governance records.
Preparing board/shareholder resolutions, meeting agendas, and minutes.
M&A due diligence support: document organization, issue-spotting, checklist management.

At a minimum, you gain a paralegal who has provided legal support at the nation's Top 10 firms (often compensated well over $120K+) without the full-time price tag.

* Certain non-billable tasks, such as extensive legal research, strategic case analyses, medical records reviews, or drafting lengthy client advisors or other documents, are billed separately to the firm and fall outside standard billable work. Details of what constitutes non-billable (and how those fees are assessed) are set forth in our Service Agreement.

** 24/7, holiday and weekend coverage is generally available throughout the year; any dates on which we cannot provide support will be communicated in advance in accordance with the terms of our Service Agreement.

*** Certain out-of-pocket expenses (such as any international or “next-flight-out” courier services, high-volume or specialized scanning/binding, rush large-format copying, or other premium handling) may incur additional premiums or surcharges. These costs will be billed separately at cost or at the agreed-upon rate set forth in our service agreement.
