Policy Manuals

1-Compliance will update existing policy manuals and/or employee handbooks.  If no manual or handbook exists, we will create ones that fit your company based on appropriate regulatory requirements for your business and the policies you want your organization to be aware of and follow. Manuals and handbooks can be provided in all native languages for everyone in your organization.  By providing these in the native languages of your employees, it increases the likelihood that they will understand those procedure requirements.

1-Compliance will provide training for employees on the policies and procedures annually, with updated trainings as deemed necessary.

Trainings in other languages will be provided as well.  Trainings would be beneficial if they were provided at least once a year, or more often when updates are made to the company policies or when new regulations or laws are promulgated.

Additional training sessions are also provided when there are new hires or when departments, managers, or staff have had any policy violations and need further emphasis of policies.

Clients will be provided with notifications of any employment regulations that apply to their industry, including updates, modifications, or changes. Regulations and policies include city, state, and federal requirements, which are constantly changing.
