For decades, compliance was treated as an annual check-the-box exercise with piles of 3-ring binders, scattered spreadsheets, and panicked audit preparations.
Then, the regulatory world shifted. Founder & President, 1-Compliance LLC
At 1-Compliance, ownership and direction rest firmly in the hands of its Founder and Presiden, Theodora Saviolakis. Her leadership stems from over 27 years of service inside prestigious law firms in the heart of Manhattan, where she observed firsthand how organizations struggle to navigate the intricate web of compliance requirements.
Grounded in real-world practice, Theodora earned her Master of Law (MSL) in Corporate Compliance from Fordham University School of Law in December 2024. This specialized expertise enables 1-Compliance to bridge the gap between complex statutory mandates and practical, day-to-day business operations.
As a dedicated single mother of 3, Theodora's commitment to 1-Compliance reflects determination, resilience, and a deep conviction that small and medium-sized businesses deserve the same caliber of regulatory protection as Fortune 500 enterprises.
